“A rigorously entertaining adventure story told through a spartan script and memorable set pieces, Heart of the Beast pays rousing tribute to man's best friend.”

This is a stirring story of canine courage and sacrifice that packs an unexpectedly powerful emotional punch.

There are moments when Heart of the Beast comes close to the familiar conventions of the survival genre, and some of its threats are more predictable than others. But the film’s sincerity is difficult to resist.

Never doubt the power of Brad Pitt and a warrior K9.
