Lots of eye candy here, in various states of undress, supported by director Antony Cordier's quintessentially French approach to storytelling.

The script by Cordier and Julie Peyr is full of characterizations and incidents that are too neat or too cute, all of which Cordier the director hypes enthusiastically.

With a loving eye for its naturally acted adolescent characters and with excellent cinematography, Douches froides finally runs too long to be engaging throughout.
