Critics consensus

“Rememory has some intriguing themes and a compelling cast to work with, but they're lost in the fog of a forgettable melodrama.”

Despite a soulful turn by Dinklage and some thoughtful themes and emotions, the film, capped by an anti-climactic ending, never coheres into the gripping, mind-bending package that was clearly intended.

A maddening experience, watching a film with a great kernel of an idea fail to grow into something equally impressive.

You may find this one purged from your own memory banks shortly after watching.

Rememory is worth seeing for Dinklage's work, and it has some promising notions, but the whole winds up being less than the sum of its parts.
