Finding Steve McQueen

This really is an uneventful film, edited into two time frames to disguise how under-plotted and underwritten it is.

Finding Steve McQueen could have used more of the galvanizing spirit of its patron saint, but there's also much to recommend here, in particular its light-hearted energy.

Unfortunately, despite the fascinating story that provides its inspiration and a solid cast, the pic provides neither sufficient thrills nor humor to make it anything more than a minor diversion.

It favours scenes of funny interactions between characters, with funny one-liners [...], and Travis Fimmel acting almost as "drunk" as in 'Warcraft'. [Full review in Spanish]
