Sigh. Not to moan about how things were better in the good old days, things have clearly moved backwards in kid-aimed animation, so now we routinely get this sort of ersatz DreamWorks storyworld where everything looks like a screensaver.

The Land of Sometimes is a lovely adventure for the entire family.

With animation as beautiful and as colorful as the British accents, The Land of Sometimes offers whimsy, catchy songs, and plenty to keep its target audience entertained.

Although it's not likely to knock out unsuspecting adults, The Land of Sometimes is sure to please younger audiences. And it's heartening to see a distinctively British film that appeals to the whole family gain wider distribution.
