A Hong Kong man with a disability hires a Filipino migrant worker to care for him. As they spend more time together through different seasons, they start learning about themselves.
This story about a disabled man and his Filipina maid may superficially look like a re-tread of French hit Intouchables, but Chan's deft writing and a strong local flavour make this a real Hong Kong treat.

Frankly sentimental and sometimes outright implausible, Oliver Siu Kuen Chan's feature debut nonetheless charms with winning performances...

[Anthony] Wong's perfectly restrained performance as Cheong-Wing is both sympathetic and at times, display a right sense of humour.

Not only a heartfelt and genuine portrayal of a Filipino domestic helper's story, but also a tribute to those who refuse to stop chasing their dreams.
