At once too long for a promotional music video and too short for a proper exploration of Kanye's last year of creative exploration. But with the same earnestness as everything he's ever done, it also evidences his musical (and, daresay, spiritual) growth

"Jesus is King" is like if the artist himself decided to skip the show.

A truly awesome concert film in Roden Crater - hopefully one day they'll let us see it.

The experience, though brief, returns the model of spectatorship from contemporary private experience to one of shared movement and emotion.
