Subtle as a mugging and gleefully outrageous, "The Woman'' is a feminist parable disguised as a sicko midnight horror movie.

Pollyanna McIntosh's performance aside, the movie is all style and no substance, all while attempting to deliver some thought-provoking cultural critiques.
