Based on True Events: Suffering from sleep paralysis, a medical student falls prey to a demonic force that wants to rip her apart from within. Torn between sanity and the unknown, she's left with no alternative but to contact a local priest for help.
This is a film that stands out in very few places. It has nothing new to bring to the horror genre, and it doesn’t have nearly enough of a remarkable execution to overlook how tired its story and characters are.

Lacking a natural flow to dialogue or a clear raison d’etre, it sadly falls short of being a worthy entry into the demonic horror subgenre.

As the editor and director, Kincaide demonstrates a strong grasp of mood and scene construction. But, as a writer, he fills the first half with too much exposition, familiarity, and throwaway secondary characters.
