This unusual and compelling documentary focuses less on the police investigation and the bomber himself than it does on the people affected and the unusual characters who helped put him behind bars for life.

In an age of increased hate and minority-targeting crime, its timely resonance is impossible to miss.

It's another very good documentary, which shows how Copeland was caught, but also unveils the depths of his depravity; packing his devices with nails wasn't enough, he also soaked the nails in rat urine, to maximise infections among those he didn't kill.

This is a disturbingly relevant story of hatred and xenophobia leading to the horrific nail bombing attacks against communities of color and the gay community in 1999 London.
