A sturdy psychological drama with a horror chaser in which the immersion in the great outdoors is the problem, not the solution.

A film that’s too choppy and ridiculous for too long for its gut-punch of a final act to really connect.

Joe Lo Truglio arrives on the genre scene with Outpost, a film that is both a love letter to horror and an intense psychological thriller.

RTB-Sides & BadlandsJul 3, 2024

A nail-biting, woodsy thriller about one woman’s recovery from abuse, the film is expertly crafted, from script to cinematography.
