“Bogged down in slapstick and silliness, Edge of Reason is a predictable continuation of the Bridget Jones story.”

What I can't stand about this film is the way it talks down to its audience.

Repeat of first film lacks charm. Not for kids.

A sequel that should have been buried six feet under.

It makes the mistake that so many other sequels have made over the years: it tries to be like its predecessor and fails. I don’t consider this a BAD movie, but it never quite gets as romantic or comedic as the first film. [Full review in Spanish].
