Carried out with an ease of direction that is as simple and right as the principle of cantilever, so that everything matches with the dominant mood of good temper, gentle mockery, droll high spirits and edge.

Another Grand Hotel on a boat, but with the humor dependent upon some almost subtle character touches rather than straight gags. Walter Connelly projects the title with fine rancour.

There's nothing more annoying than getting the solution of a mystery at the wrong end of the picture.

A neglected gem.
