Dandadan is a manga and anime series that has been criticized for its repetitive formula, which is a common issue in long-running stories. Some fans have expressed their dislike for the series' constant sexual harassment from creatures, which they find gross. However, others have defended the series, stating that the sexual harassment is supposed to be bad and that the series has not run long enough to loop anything. The formula used in Dandadan is not unique to the series, as many new battle shounens use a similar approach. However, what sets Dandadan apart is its execution and the quality associated with it. The series has been compared to other popular anime and manga series, such as Monogatari and One Piece, which also use formulas to move the plot forward. Some fans have argued that the formula used in Dandadan is not the problem, but rather how it is executed. They believe that the series has the potential to be engaging, but it needs to evolve and offer more depth as it goes on. The core of the series, which involves the main characters going on adventures and facing challenges, is formulaic, but it can be made more interesting by adding emotional complexity and moral ambiguity. I don't know anything about the manga. *What I **do know** is* that the anime is kick-ass!! The animation style suits the pace of the action when it's in full swing. The soundtrack is amazing to all the moods that come into play. And the characters & monsters are on point! I like the mannerisms of each character, from Momo, Ari, & Okarun, to the Grandma - Seiko Ayase, and Turbo Granny. Their abilities are simple yet essential, complimenting each other nicely. And how the kids handle both battle and emotional situations are neigh flawless.\ I sincerely hope this series has many more seasons to come!! Good luck in your viewing! -- Bob --
